Point of the Proposed Technology
Carbon fibers will be taken out while suppressing deterioration of the physical properties from CFRP and prepreg.
Because regenerated carbon fibers cannot be used as filament, they will be processed into a sheet (dry type nonwoven fabric, paper) composed of short fibers.

Carbon fibers can be reused.
Conventional Technology
・In case of 100% recycled carbon fibers, the surface was rough, and only non-uniform dry type nonwoven fabric could be made.
New Technology
・Even in case of 100% recycled carbon fibers, dry type nonwoven fabric can be made in a good surface condition.
・Moldings can be obtained by hot press from the sheet with mixed thermoplastic resin.
